The Menopause Matrix V.

Have you ever looked around at your friends and acquaintances, you know, the ones you’ve had for years, grown up with, and are now growing older with, and think, “What just happened here?”

“Do I look that old?”

Greying hair, dehydrated skin and weight gain, a comfortable but tedious life.

Wearing clothes you said you would never wear (hello, crocs).

Maybe drinking more than you would like?

Groundhog day.

Bidding time until retirement - waiting to enjoy life.

Only waiting will get you nowhere except older.

Most people live the same 6 months just a 100 times over.

They go to the same places, they tell the same stories, and they work the same job, and it's all because they were never willing to be uncomfortable and never willing to change.

Most of us are average, and average people stay stuck in the same patterns.

To have a different outcome, you have to walk a different path.

And I totally get when you're approaching fifty (or maybe past that milestone) that, you honestly feel that there just is no time left to fulfil the potential or realise the dreams that were so important.

There is a huge opportunity right in front of you. A catalyst for permanent and positive change.

The life transition we call menopause is a wake-up call, an opportunity to open the door to another chapter and to heal.

When my Menopause loomed out of the shadows, I was frankly quite terrified - it had a bad wrap!

And you might be too - but I’m here to tell you that it might just be the most amazing life transition imaginable.

Don’t believe all the scare tactics; this is the time to refuel, grab any unfulfilled dreams by the horns and rocket your amazing self into the universe.

I did.

I flipped my Menopause on its back and used it as a catalyst for change and healing.

That's clever.

On the other side of the menopause is the person you were always meant to be.

After years of pleasing others, it’s time to please yourself, and I don’t mean that in a selfish way.

How about sailing through the next chapter of life with ease and flow?

Fitter, mentally and physically and emotionally.

Kinder, more generous, and grateful.

Energised.

More vibrant, confident and strong.

Truly being authentic - rediscovering the real you that's been hiding for so long.

I’ve written a book that I would like you to read - I share some secrets.

It’s not the usual tedious, menopause-boring garb you’re used to.

Firstly, it’s funny in parts.

There are a few naughty words in there, and as my Mother always used to say, “You have such a way with words, Susan.”

Secondly, there’s some seriously interesting stuff in there which I guarantee you won’t have heard about.

Thirdly, a few facts and figures show that I’m not completely flaky and do know my stuff.

Five super hacks to make the Menopause ride less of a bedrock river ride to hell and more of an otter laid on its back, smoking a doobie and floating downstream.

Five menopause super hacks for less than a fiver.

Oh, go on then.

Grab this slick, witty read, and do yourself a favour - pronto!
